AMD doesn't seem to list the data - at least not that I can find. For example, if 'tctl/tdie' reaches 90°C, does that count? Or would it be based on the CCD temps? Note that my inline coolant thermal sensor measures the exhaust of the GPU waterblock before it enters the thicker 360 mm radiator.
