With that being said, it looks like Galaxy S21 users are affected by another bug with users reporting (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) that vibration for notifications is not working after they updated to Android 12 based One UI 4. Those affected say they are missing out on important notifications and messages because of the issue. Web- Ensure that notifications are turned on for the app in settings (Settings > Apps > Gmail > Notifications > All turned on). - Ensure that Gmail is set to never sleep (Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background usage limits > Add Gmail to 'Never sleeping apps). Nothing has worked so far, does anyone have any further suggestions?

Usually this would take a while for the changes to take effect specially if you have rules created on the account, but that's you fix the problem with notifications.
