WebMedically speaking, if your resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 bpm then that’s considered “normal.” So as long as mine doesn’t pass 100 bpm I’m technically in the clear, but I can definitely see how it’d be a little alarming to some when they’re primarily used to seeing resting heart rates in the 50’s and 60’s.
