PJ1 paint has the same type of curing instructions but all you really have to do is let it cure over the summer and then at the beginning of winter start it up a couple times until it's warm and it will cure. Header tape is a bastard to get on nicely and looks a bit strange to some folks, but it seems to last and can look better than rust.
