WebI found out that the Google Fit wearOS app supports external sensors conneted by bluetooth. I have been using Samsung Health so far but pretty dissatisfied with the built-in heart rate sensor. So I opened Google Fit activity tracker on the Watch4, went to settings, connect external sensor, and it found my Wahoo Tickr right away when it was on.
