My EB F150 has 54K on it. I had the spark plugs changed. The old plugs looked fine. I figured I wasted my money by changing them. After a drive, I found out I was wrong. The engine is much more peppy. So go ahead and change them if you have 50K or more on them. Havent been able to see results further out, but I know people were leary of the turbos when Ford first made the change, so glad to see they can last along with the rest of the engine.
