WebDefinitely recommend over Chrome. Try Edge as MS optimized it a bit for Windows. It is based on Chromium so the experience is almost the same. I use Edge on all my Windows PCs. Having said that I doubt Chrome is the sole culprit. I have a Spectre x360 and no doubt the fans get loud.
