Cytochalasin d concentration
WebJul 20, 2012 · In this study, cytochalasin D (CytoD), a widely used inhibitor of actin dynamics, was found to act as an inhibitor of the G-actin-cofilin interaction by binding to G-actin. CytoD also inhibited the binding of cofilin to F-actin and decreased the rate of both actin polymerization and depolymerization in living cells.

MgCIZ (final concentration, 0.4 mM) was added to 20 FM G-actin in the same buffer as in Fig. 1 at 0°C and the samples were transferred to viscometers at 30°C.
WebApr 7, 2024 · The use of Cytochalasin D, a specific inhibitor of actin polymerization, has demonstrated that actin cytoskeleton depolymerization may play an important role in mechanical stress-induced interleukin expression and c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) phosphorylation levels in various types of cells [ 12 – 14 ]. WebMar 16, 2011 · As shown in Figure 4A, cytochalasin D treatment caused a dose-dependent decrease in PMT-induced SRE-luciferase reporter activity, with complete inhibition at concentrations over 0.3 µM, pointing towards the importance of actin dynamics for internalization and trafficking of PMT.
